The individual who accesses, registers for, or participates in the Quantum Intervention® class (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) acknowledges and understands that Quantum Intervention® is a duly registered trademark, and that all materials, content, and information provided under this name are protected by Intellectual Property laws, Copyright regulations, and other relevant legal provisions.

The User agrees and acknowledges that all materials accessed as part of their participation in the Quantum Intervention® class are strictly for personal use. Any copying, reproduction, adaptation, translation, modification, distribution, public sharing, or dissemination of the materials, in whole or in part, by any means, format, or medium, without prior explicit written consent from the rights holder, is strictly prohibited.

All rights are reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or use of the materials in any form, including distribution for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is expressly forbidden. For any authorization requests, the User must contact Paula Andrea Gil Aguirre in writing, the sole owner of all rights related to the materials and the Quantum Intervention® trademark.

The Quantum Intervention® logo and name are similarly protected under copyright and trademark laws. Their use is strictly limited to expressly authorized purposes, with Paula Andrea Gil Aguirre retaining exclusive ownership of both the name and logo.

Paula Andrea Gil Aguirre and Quantum Intervention® reserve the right to pursue all applicable legal actions in the event of any breach of these terms, misuse of the materials, the name or logo, or unauthorized disclosure of protected information.

By accepting this agreement through a checkbox, button, or any other affirmative action on the platform, the User provides explicit consent and a legally binding electronic signature in accordance with the applicable digital contracting laws.

The User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions, and voluntarily agree to participate in the Quantum Intervention® class and receive the corresponding materials.
